For over four decades, the Family Learning Organization (FLO) has stood side by side with homeschooling families, rooted in our deep belief that parents have the fundamental right and capability to guide their children’s education. Since 1983, we have expanded from a local support system into a vital national resource, primarily known for our trusted, inclusive testing and assessment services.
You may have seen where we recently announced plans for FLO’s first Online Benefit Auction planned for October. However, we have decided to pivot at this time and adjust our focus to include providing a simple and direct way for our community to support FLO’s work and give back to our community members who have been recently devasted by the Spokane Complex Fires. This can be done through our GoFundMe campaign. GO FUND ME CAMPAIGN running until DEC 31, 2026.
Donations made through this campaign, until Dec 31, 2026, will help us continue and strengthen these important services as well as support homeschool families affected by the devastating Spokane Complex Fires through 2027. Here is how donations made through this GoFundMe campaign will be used:
- 90% WILL SUPPORT FLO’s CORE MISSION: : Keeping standardized testing affordable, defending homeschool rights, and providing critical discounts for families experiencing hardship.
- 10% WILL SUPPORT WILDFIRE RELIEF: Providing free testing, tutoring scholarships, and replacement curriculum for homeschool families affected by the fires.
